Reason 11: Spontaneous Adventures

Wednesdays post is obviously late.  But as my fiance reminded me of his spring break plans, I became incredibly depressed at my boring, mundane schedule which involved classes, physics tutorial lab, anatomy cadaver lab, and UVU track athletic training student.  He came up with this crazy idea to meet in Fillmore, leave my car, and spend Wednesday and Thursday night in this condo in Brian Head with him and his family.  I had physics lab until 9 pm Wednesday night and had to be back for my 10 am class Friday morning.  But guess what?  I went.  Best decision.

So Wednesday night I rushed home and threw all of my warm clothes into a suitcase, went to physics lab, then drove to Fillmore.  Have I ever mentioned how absolutely good looking my fiance is?  Yeah he is a stud.  I was so excited to see him.  We left my car in a motel parking lot and had a myriad of deep conversations as we drove through the snow to Brian Head, arriving around 1 am.

Jason tried skiing for the first time.

My ring looked amazing in the snow and sunshine :)

Sarah and Luke skiing.  Luke was AMAZING.

Spontaneous adventures make life exciting.  Don't turn them down because you can't get them back.

"Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover." ~ Mark Twain

More pictures in post twelve.  This trip definately deserves two posts :)
