Today I slept in, went to the physics tutorial lab, studied for my rehab test, and took a nap. Then I ended up sitting at a gas station in west Provo with two of my roommates, waiting for the St. George shuttle to show up and and deliver my wallet (naturally I had left it in the Burton's car). The shuttle was delayed due to another snow storm (Boo) so we went to Autozone to buy a left headlight for my car. I pulled "helpless college girl" card and got the cashier to change my headlight. I never would've figured that out- especially in the dark and the snow. We then decided to go to Pizza Factory- each ordering a half plate of pasta, small salad bar, and breadtwist. SO GOOD. Then grocery shopping. It SOUNDS like we have no lives but I promise we do- all of us are in long distance relationships so we just have to entertain ourselves a lot of the time :).
It was just an awesome night. Lots of talk about love, weddings, and life. Rounding out the evening was "A Walk to Remember" and "Finding Nemo." I think we are boycotting the time change. I also think we are all incredibly burned out. Only 22 more days of class. Ughhhh. But on a happier note- 97 days til I get to marry Jake. Life is great, eh?
And this quote is for Jocelyn, one of my faithful readers (haha).
“If you want to make God laugh, tell him about your plans.” -Woody Allen
